某铜矿水平矿柱稳定性数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用基于surpac的FLAC3D模型自动生成方法,建立数值计算模型模拟分析某铜矿预留水平矿柱在深部开采的影响下,其稳定性状态。数值模拟结果表明:深部西部厚大矿体开采对水平矿柱的影响程度要大于东部,这使得水平矿柱在西部区域形成一定的应力集中现象;水平矿柱整体的垂直位移绝对值较小,没有出现大的波动值;水平矿柱的塑性区主要出现在顶底板,内部塑性区范围趋近于零,这说明水平矿柱的内部未产生严重的破坏。综合分析可以得出,下部矿体开采对水平矿柱稳定性会产生一定的影响,但是不至于出现较大的变形破坏,不会在下部矿体的回采过程中出现失稳现象。 Using automatic generation model method of FLAC3D based on SURPAC, the numerical calculation model was set up to simulate and analyze the stability condition of copper reserve level pillar under the influence of deep mining. The numerical simula- tion results show that the influence to level pillar from the deep mining of large and thick ore body in the west is greater than in the east, this makes the level pillar in the west form certain stress concentration phenomenon; the overall absolute value of level pillar ver- tical displacement is small and there is no big fluctuation; Level pillar's plastic zone is mainly in the roof and floor, the plastic zone range inside it is close to zero, that means the level pillar inside produces no severe damage. It was comprehensively analyzed and con- cluded that the underneath ore body mining will lead to certain influence on the stability of level pillar, but be unlikely to appear larger deformation damage, and will not appear instability phenomenon in the underneath ore body back stopping process.
