摘要
目的为了促进临床合理用药,保证患者的用药安全,应加强我院门诊处方的管理。方法随机抽取2013年1月至2013年12月期间我院门诊开具的23510张处方,对2583张不合理处方进行点评。结果抽取的23510张处方中,发现不合理处方2583张,占处方总量的10.99%。以无适应证用药、超量处方和药品用法用量不适宜居前三位,临床上必须加以重视。结论我院门诊处方中存在一定的不合理现象,必须加强临床医师的处方书写水平,以促进临床合理用药,最大程度保证患者的用药安全、有效。
Objective To promote the clinical rational drug use, to ensure the drug safety of patients, we should strengthen the management of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital.Methods During 2013 January to 2013 December were randomly selected from our hospital outpatient issued 23510 prescriptions, 2583 pieces of unreasonable prescription comments.Results Of the 23510 prescriptions, 2583 prescriptions found unreasonable prescriptions, accounting for 10.99% of the total. With no indications of medication, prescription and drug usage and dosage of excess is not suitable in the top three, clinical attention should be paid.Conclusion The unreasonable phenomena to a certain extent in the outpatient department of our hospital, we must strengthen the clinician prescription writing level, to promote rational drug use in the clinic, the maximum guarantee safe and effective medication, patients.
