摘要
目的总结初发2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗中的中西医结合护理体会。方法选择初发2型糖尿病患者45例给予胰岛素泵强化治疗,在治疗过程中中西医结合对患者实施心理指导、饮食控制、运动疗法等健康教育以及胰岛素泵的管理。结果通过7~10d的胰岛素泵强化治疗,32例患者血糖控制理想,13例患者血糖控制较好。其中2例发生轻度低血糖反应,无1例发生导管脱出堵塞、皮下埋植针头处皮肤感染。结论在初发2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗过程中,给予中西医结合的全方面护理,可提高胰岛素泵强化治疗效果,有效控制患者血糖,增强患者信心。
Objective To summarize the nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine of insulin pumptherapy in the intensified treatment of patients with first onset type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 45 patientswith firstonset type 2 diabeteswere applied insulin pumptherapy in the research, and the method of integrated Chinese and western medicine was applied to counsel psychological condition and control the diet. Meanwhile, health education and the management of insulinpump were also given to the patients in the course of treatment. Results With intensive treatment by insulin pump for 7 to 10 days, 32 patients were achieved ideal blood sugar control and13 patients were in good blood glucose control condition, among which 2 patients had the mild hypoglycemia reaction, but there were no catheter prolapse and blocking or the skin infection at subdermal needle area.Conclusion During intensified treatmentof patientswith firstonset type 2 diabetes with insulin pumptherapy, the nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine could improve the effect of insulin pumptherapy, effectively control blood sugar and enhance the confidence of patients.
