摘要
人力资源服务业是现代服务业中极具成长力的产业之一,加快发展人力资源服务业意义重大。本文从分析江西省人力资源服务业的现状以及发展特点入手,指出了江西省人力资源服务业存在低水平竞争问题突出、产业链结构不合理、人力资源企业待规范、人力资源服务队伍的整体素质有待提高等问题。并根据当前人力资源服务业面临的基本情况和发展服务业的总体趋势,从政府和企业两方面提出了加快发展江西省人力资源服务业的可行性建议。
Human resources service industry is one of the highly growing industries in modern service indus-try. It is of great significance to accelerate the development of HR service industry. By analyzing the status quo and development characters of Jiangxi's HR service industry, this paper points out the existing problems, such as prominent low level competition, unreasonable industrial structure, human resources enterprise to be standardized and the overall quality of the HR service team needs to be improved. According to the basic situation of the indus-try and the overall development trend of service industry, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions, from the perspectives of the local government and enterprises, to accelerate the development in human resources service industry in Jiangxi.
