摘要
高等学校自学考试既是一种教育制度,又是一种个人自学、社会助学和国家考试相结合的教育形式。通过对高校自考助学专业的思想政治工作探究,强调高校对自考助学专业思想政治工作的重要性和必然性。在建立一支思想好、业务专、能力强、具有创新意识的思政管理队伍的同时,针对自考学生的特殊性,探讨专业教师在应用型专业教学过程中开展思想政治教育的实效性。通过合理有效的途径多样化、多渠道来提高自考学生的综合素质。在"助学"之外,在综合改革项目实施过程中,积极有效地开展思想政治工作的新途径。培养学生具备过硬的个人素质,营造全面育人的教育环境,为社会输送各种人才。
College self-taught examination is not only a kind of education system,but also an education form combining in-dividual self-study,social aided study and national examination. Through the exploration on the ideological and political work for self-taught examination major,this paper stresses on the im-portance and inevitability of ideological and political work for self-taught major.In the meantime of establishing a professional and innovation-oriented ideological and political man agement team,combined with the particularity of self-taught students,this paper explores the effectiveness of ideological and political e-ducation in teachers＇ application-oriented professional teach-ing.And self-taught students＇ comprehensive quality can be improved by diversified and multiple approaches.Apart from＂aided study＂,new approaches of ideological and political work are actively and effectively implemented in the implementation of the comprehensive reform project.Students with qualified per-sonal quality are cultivated and a comprehensive education env-ironment is established,and in this way various talents are provi-ded for the society.
