深化中职学校教学质量第三方评价模式改革,提升教育教学质量 被引量:6

摘要 我国的职业教育已从规模发展进入到内涵建设的阶段,国家大力倡导职业教育进行人才培养模式的改革、教学模式的改革、办学模式的改革、评价模式的改革。原来中职学校的教学质量评价模式已不能适应职业教育发展的新要求,改革中职学校教学质量评价模式,适应时代发展的需要,已成为中职学校的重要任务。近两年来,我校积极尝试构建科学规范、充分体现职业教育特色的"一个门槛、三方评价、四个环节、六个等级"的教学质量第三方评价模式,并取得了一定成效。通过教学质量评价模式的改革,提高教师的专业实践能力、教学能力、科研能力,从而整体提升中职学校教育教学质量。 Vocational education in our country has transformed from scale development to connotation construction. And the government vigorously advocates reforms on talent training mode, teaching mode, education mode, and evaluation mode of voca-tional education. The original teaching quality evaluation model of secondary vocational schools can no longer adapt to the new demands of vocational education development, so the reform on the teaching quality evaluation model of secondary vocational schools to adapt to the needs of the development of era, has be-come an important task of secondary vocational schools. In the past two years, our school actively tried to build a scientific and standardized third-party evaluation model which fully embodies the characteristics of vocational education, namely,"one thresh-old, tripartite evaluations, four links, six grades", and achieved some results. Through the ref orm on the evaluation model of teaching quality, teachers' professional practical ability, teaching ability and scientific research ability can be improved, thus im-proving the overall quality of secondary vocational school educa-tion and teaching.
