摘要
基于现有大倾角自移式液压支架结构复杂、操作困难且故障率高的问题,为了降低煤炭损失率和提高开采效益,通过采用大角度伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采煤法,可达到采面生产系统简单、产量均衡,通风可靠,产尘量小、操作安全,且具有技术含量高、适应性强、安全系数大、工人劳动强度低,煤炭回收率高,劳动效率高等明显的经济和社会效益优势,是开采急倾斜煤层最有效的采煤方法之一。
Based on existing self-advance of large dip angle type hydraulic support complex structure, difficult operation and high failure rate, in order to reduce the coal loss and increase production efficiency, through the adoption of large angle oblique flexible shield support mining method, which reached simple surface production system, balanced production, reliable ventilation and less dust production, safe operating, with high technical content, strong adaptability, safe coegicient, low workers labor intensity, high coal recovery rate, high labor efficiency, obvious economic and social benefits advantages. The technology was one of the most effective method of coal mining in steep seam mining.
