摘要
着重介绍了斜筛替代单圆网浓缩机用于废纸制浆浓缩工序的应用实践,及浓缩工序改进后取得的效果;应用实践表明:浓缩工序改进后用于废纸制浆的外排白水中的浆料流失由1.18g/L降低到0.78g/L,流失率降低了38.9%,吨浆电耗下降了30%,供浆浓度得以稳定控制在(4.0±0.2)%。
this paper introduces the diagonal screen replacement unit used in waste paper pulping enrich- ment process application practice, and the improvement effect of enrichment procedures; After practical application shows that the enrichment process improvement for waste paper pulping effluent water in the slurry erosion reduced to 0.78g/L from 1.18g/L, turnover rate was reduced by 38.9%, tons of plasma power consumption dropped by 30%, for the pulp concentration to stability control in (4.0±0.2)%.
