高黏度压裂废液絮凝处理实验 被引量:2

摘要 压裂废液的高黏度导致其流动性差,投加的PAC、PAM等常规处理剂在废液中很难扩散,传质作用慢,造成絮凝沉淀时间长,絮体虚浮、泥量体积比大,处理效果差.投加膨润土可改善高黏度压裂废液絮凝处理效果,缩短沉降时间.实验表明:最佳处理条件为膨润土加量800~1 000 mg/L,PAC加量200~300 mg/L,投加膨润土后搅拌1~2 min;混凝处理后悬浮固体去除率97.5%,石油类去除率88.6%,污泥体积减少50%以上,沉降时间缩短90%. The fracturing liquid wastewater is of high viscosity and low fluidiiy.It is difficult to spread or transfer by using common treatment agents like PAC,PAM,etc.Its flocculation and sedimentation time are long and the treatment effect is poor.Dosing bentonite can improve the treatment effect of high-viscosity wastewater by flocculation and shorten the sedimentation lime.The experimental results indicated when the dosage of bentonite was 800-1 000 mg/L,PAC was200-300 mg/L.stirring time was 1-2 min,the suspended solids removal rate would reach to 97.5%and the petroleum removal rate reach to 38.6%.More than 50%of sludge volume and more than 90%of setting time had reduced.
