转化生长因子-β在主动脉夹层发生发展中可能机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 主动脉夹层(aortic dissection,AD)是一种因主动脉内膜撕裂,血液经内膜撕裂口进入主动脉壁内,形成真假两腔,并引起主动脉壁组织成分改变的血管系统疾病,临床上表现为局部撕裂样疼痛[1].该病病情凶险,是引起猝死的常见原因之一.尽管针对AD的诊治水平逐年提高,但其病死率仍居高不下.现有研究表明,未经合理治疗的急性AD在24 h与48 h内的病死率分别是33%与50%,而在2周与3个月内其病死率则高达75%与90%[2].
