牙周生物型对口腔多学科治疗的影响 被引量:17

摘要 Oshsenbein和Ross[1]在1969年提出牙龈生物型(gingival biotype)这一概念;Seibert和Lindhe[2]将牙周生物型(periodontal biotype)引入教科书——它是指牙龈颊舌向的厚度,分为厚、薄两类,前者对应的龈线较平坦,后者的龈线则起伏明显,分别称为厚平型和薄扇型.一些学者对人的头颅解剖进行研究,发现牙槽骨形态与牙龈形态有对应性,根据牙槽嵴边缘形态分为平坦型、波浪型和中间型,并发现厚的牙槽骨覆盖着厚的牙龈,反之亦然[3-4].由于牙周生物型会影响口腔诸多治疗的预后,因此临床医师掌握牙周生物型的概念和评价方法将有利于针对各型牙龈的特点采取不同的治疗策略.
