摘要
自海水贝类中取样 ,经分离培养基和酪蛋白培养基复合培养 ,用检测蛋白酶产生水解圈和Folin-酚碱性蛋白酶活性测定相结合的方法从 10 0 0多份样品中初步筛到了产碱性蛋白酶活力高、性能优良的菌株 YS- 94 12 - 130。对其初步研究结果表明 ,该菌只能利用有机氮源生长 ;在接近自然海水盐度、温度 2 0℃、p H在 7.0~ 9.0条件下 。
Sampled from marine shells, after the combined culture with isolating medium and casein medium, the strain YS 9412 130 with high protease activity and high quality is obtained from over 1 000 samples by the integrated method of testing protease producing proteolytic circle and Folin phenol assay.The preliminary study of the strain shows that it can only live on organic nitrogen sources; it grows and produces alkaline protease well under the condition of the sanlity near that of natural seawater, temperature (20℃), and pH 7.0~9.0.
