:2 4 0羽健康AA肉鸡随机均分为试验 1组 ,试验 2组和对照组 ,从 8日龄起分别饮用含Na+为 0 0 6 %、0 12 %和 0 0 %的饮水 ,其它饲养管理条件相同 ,分别于 12、19、30、34、39日龄抽取各组参试鸡 ,以右心室 (Rightventricle ,RV)与全心室 (Totalventricle ,TV)的重量比 (RV/TV)作为判定肺动脉高压的依据 ,用图象分析仪对肺细小动脉病理变化作定量检测。结果表明 :34、39日龄时 ,试验1组和试验 2组管壁面积 /管总面积和中膜厚度占外径百分值明显大于对照组 ,肺小动脉密度明显减低 ,其RV/TV值均大于 0 2 5,表明试验组肉鸡发生了肺动脉高压。由此可见 。
WT5BZ]Two hundred and forty broilers were divided into three groups evenly and treated with 0.0%,0 06% and 0 12%Na +(from NaCl)in their drinking water,respectively from 7 to 39 days of age.Birds were selected for histopathological evaluation of pulmonary arterioles from three groups.The ratio of right ventricle to total ventricle weight(RV/TV)was determined as index of pulmonary hypertension(PH).The measurement of ratio of vessel wall area(WA)to vessel total area(TA)and mean medial thickness in pulmonary arterioles (mMTPA) was accomplished by using the microscopic image analysis program.The results indicated that the ratio of WA/TA and the mMTPA of experimental groups were higher than that of control group.The density of arterioles in experimental groups was lower than that of control group at 34,39 days of age.The ratio of RV to TV in experimental groups in which PH has occurred was higher than 0.25.It can be concluded that the remodelling in the pulmonary arteriole structure may be one of participants in the forming of the pathological process of PH induced by Na + from drinking water in broilers.
