摘要 建立了气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测高效氯氰菊酯和百菌清在食用菌及其拌料中的残留分析方法.样品经乙酸乙酯提取,十八烷基硅烷(C18)或弗罗里硅土(Florisil)净化后,用GC-ECD检测,外标法定量.结果表明,百菌清和高效氯氰菊酯在0.01—5 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99以上,在0.01、0.5、5 mg·kg-1等3个添加水平上,百菌清和高效氯氰菊酯在6种基质中的平均回收率分别为77.5%—109.2%、80.9%—101.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.2%—11.3%、1.9%—11.8%,定量限均为0.01 mg·kg-1. A method for simultaneous determination of chlorothalonil and beta-cypermethrin residues in mushrooms and their substrate by gas chromatography was developed. The samples were extracted by ethylacetate and then cleaned up by octadecylsilane or Florisil. Chlorothaloniland beta-cypermethrin were analyzed by gas chromatography-electron capture detector and quantified with external standards.Average recoveries of chlorothalonil and beta-cypermethrin in six matrices were in the range of 77.5%—109.2% and 80.9%—101.9% with the relative standard deviations of 1.2%—11.3% and 1.9%—11.8%. Limits of quantification for chlorothalonil and beta-cypermethrin were 0.01 mg·kg-1 in six matrices.
