摘要
目的通过对昆明某电机厂作业场所中职业病危害因素的检测和对在岗职工职业健康检查结果进行分析,对该厂下一步搬迁新址后的职业病防治措施制定提供依据。方法按照《职业健康监护技术规范》《职业性噪声聋诊断标准》《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》等国家职业卫生标准进行检查及检测。结果在岗检查211人,异常检出率达17.5%;其中检出职业禁忌证2人,检出率2.3%;疑似噪声聋1人,检出率1.2%;疑似苯中毒1人,检出率1.8%。工作环境中矽尘、二氧化锰超标率为100%,二甲苯超标率为66.7%、噪声超标率为27.3%、电焊烟尘及其他尘超标率为16.7%。结论该厂应从源头预防职业病的发生,定期开展职业健康,改善劳动作业环境条件和职业危害防护设施,达到保护接触职业病危害因素群体健康的目的。
[ Objective ] To detect the occupational disease hazard factors of workplace in motor factory in Kunming City, analyze the occupational health examination results of workers, and provide the basis for developing prevention and control measures of occupa?tional disease after the enterprise move to a new address. [ Methods ] According to "Techincal specifications for occupational health surveillance","Diagnostic standard of occupational noise deafness" and "Occupational exposure limit of hazard factors in work?place ,' ,the examination and detection were performed. [ Results ] 211 workers were examed, and the abnormal detection rate was 18. 0%. Among that, 2 cases were detected of occupational contraindication,the detection rate was 2. 3% ; 1 case was suspected of noise deafness, the detection rate was 1. 2% ; 1 case was suspected of benzene poisoning, the detection rate was 1. 8% . The o- ver standard rate of silica dust and manganese dioxide were 100.0% , xylene was 66.1%,noise was 27. 3%,welding dust and oth?er dust were 16. 7% . [ Conclusion] The factory should prevent the occupational disease from the source, carry out the occupational health education regularly,improve the environment of workplace and protection facilities of occupational hazards in order to protect the health of workers exposured occupational disease hazard factors.
