合肥市某医院精神科人文关怀护理实践效果 被引量:1

A study on effect of humanistic nursing care in psychiatric department of a hospital in Hefei City

摘要 目的探索以人文关怀为特点的精神科护理管理和护理服务模式,评价安徽省精神卫生防治中心精神科男病区开展人文关怀实践活动的效果。方法以Watson关怀理论为基础,根据精神障碍患者的需求及精神科工作特点,建立和实施人性化管理模式和人文化服务模式,开展人文关怀护理实践活动,实践活动前后分别对精神科81名住院患者和15名护理人员进行问卷调查,所得数据资料采用t检验进行统计分析。结果实施人文化护理服务模式后,患者对护理服务的总体满意度明显提高(t=5.364,P<0.01),实施前后患者对病区环境、护士态度、护士仪表、护患沟通情况等满意度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但患者对护士健康教育和技术操作能力的满意度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施人性化护理管理模式后,护理人员对职业的总体满足感也明显提高(t=3.568,P<0.01),实施前后护理人员在个人专业发展、工作环境、工作成就、个人收入、护患关系、医护关系等方面满足感得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以人性化管理和人文化服务为主要模式的精神科人文关怀护理实践活动取得良好效果,值得推广。 [Objective]To explore the nursing management mode and nursing care mode characterized by humanistic care, evaluate the effect of humanistic care practice in the male ward of the Psychiatric Department in Anhui Mental Health Center. [ Methods ] Based on the Watson^ theory, the humanized management mode and humanistic care model had been established and implemented according to the needs of patients with mental disorders and the features of psychiatric work. After and before the humanistic care practice, 81 psychiatric inpatients and 15 nurses received questionnaire survey, and the data were statistically analyzed by t test. [Results] After implementing humanistic nursing care mode, the patients ^ satisfaction to nursing care improved significantly (?=5.364, P 〈0. 01). There were significant differences in scores of satisfaction to the ward environment, nurses ^attitude, nurses ^appearance and nurse-patient communication between two surveys (P 〈0. 05),but the differences in scores of satisfaction to nur?ses^ health education and nurses^technical skills were not significant (P 〉0.05). The occupational satisfaction of nurses improved significantly after implementing humanistic nursing care mode (OR=3. 568, P 〈0.01). The differences in scores of nurses ^satisfac?tion to professional development,working environment,job achievement,personal income,the nurse-patient relationship,and the doctor-nurse relationship between two surveys were statistically significant (尸 〈0.05). [Conclusion]The humanized management mode and humanist care model in psychiatric department is effective, and this humanistic care practice is worthy of promotion.
