摘要
目的 探讨舒适护理在结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法 随机筛选2011年1月-2012年6月收治的结直肠癌行手术治疗的患者88例,随机将患者分为舒适护理组和常规对照组,每组44例.常规护理组采用常规护理方式,舒适护理组采用常规护理和舒适护理相结合的护理方法.评估两组患者疼痛程度以及患者满意度.结果 两组患者术后疼痛分级情况比较,舒适护理组疼痛情况0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者分别为0例（0.00％）,30例（68.18％）,14例（31.82％）,0例（0.00％）与常规对照组[0（0.00％）,12（27.27％）,18（40.91％）,14（31.82％）]比较,差异具有统计学意义（Z =5.126,P＜0.05）.两组患者满意度情况比较,舒适护理组患者满意度为（97.04±2.09）分,高于常规对照组（80.23±3.24）分,差异具有统计学意义（t=7.506,P＜0.05）.结论 把舒适护理应用于结直肠癌手术患者的护理中,可有效减少患者疼痛的发生,提高护理质量及患者满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in colorectal cancer patients undergoing operation.Methods Eighty-eight colorectal cancer patients undergoing operation from January 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the comfort nursing group and the routine nursing group,each with 44 cases.The routine nursing group received the routine nursing,and the comfort nursing group received the routine nursing combined with the comfort nursing.The degree of pain and patient satisfaction were evaluated in two groups.Results The cases of the Level 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ of pain were respectively 0 case （0.00%）,30 cases （68.18%）,14 cases （31.82%）,0 case （0.00%） in the comfort nursing group,and were 0 cases （0.00%）,12 cases （27.27%）,18 cases （40.91%）,14 cases （31.82%） in the routine nursing group,the differences were found between two groups （Z =5.126,P 〈 0.05）.The patient satisfaction was （97.04 ＆#177; 2.09）in the comfort nursing group,and was higher than （80.23 ＆#177; 3.24） in the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant （t =7.506,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The application of comfort nursing in the nursing of colorectal cancer patients undergoing operation can effectively reduce the pain,and improve the care quality and patient satisfaction.
