摘要
先张法预应力混凝土U型梁是一种较为先进的梁型,制梁场建设是U型梁建造的基础工作。结合制梁场设计经验,对U型梁预制工艺流程、规划关键参数确定、规划与平面布置、主要土建结构物设计等组成的工艺设计技术予以论述,以求达到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用的制梁场建设目标。
The pre-tensioned prestressed concrete U-beam is a more advanced type of beam, and the construction of beam fabricating yard is the basic work of U-beam construction. Combined with the design experience of beam fabricating yard, the article describes the technological design for the pre-tensioned prestressed concrete U-beam fabricating yard, such as technological process, determination of key parameters, planning and layout, and major civil engineering structures design are discussed to achieve the goal of building an advanced, economic, safe and applicable fabricating yard.
