摘要
建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)对邻苯二胺进行定性和定量的分析方法。以乙腈(A)-水(B)(体积比80∶20)为流动相,Symmetry C18为分离柱,选择254 nm为紫外检测波长。试样5次测定平均值为97.55%,相对标准偏差为0.086%,添加平均回收率为99.1%,标准曲线相关系数为1。方法测定结果准确度和精密度高,操作简单、快速。
A method for analysis of o-phenylenediamine by HPLC was developed. The HPLC conditions were as follows: column, Symmetry Cis ; mobile phase, aeetonitrile-water (80: 20, by vol) ; UV detection, 254 nm. The results showed that the average val- ue of 5 samples was 97.55%, the relative standard deviation was 0. 086%, the average recovery ratio was 99. 1%, and the correlation coefficient was 1. The method was simple and rapid with high accuracy and precision.
