摘要
环氧树脂以其优良的性能在工业防腐涂料中发挥着重要作用,但其耐酸性差影响应用范畴。通过热塑性线型酚醛树脂(诺伏勒克)与环氧氯丙烷反应生成诺伏勒克环氧树脂,以TDI-TMP加成物为固化剂,添加含有某种金属离子的颜填料作为催化剂,在常温下打开环氧基,使其在常温下与异氰酸根发生反应,生成含口恶唑烷酮结构的聚合物,其涂膜具有良好的耐酸性和耐热性,对硅胶生产设施、工业烟囱等基材的防腐有明显效果。
Epoxy resin has played an important role in the industrial anticorrosive coatings with its excellent performance, but its scope of application is affected by its poor acid resistance. With the TDI-TMP addition compound as the curing agent, metal ion-contained pigment & filler, a catalyst, was added into the Novolac epoxy resin, generated from the reaction between thermoplastic novolac resin (Novolac) and epoxy chloropropane, so that the epoxy group could be free in the normal temperature and react with the isocyanic acid radical in the normal temperature to generate the oxazolidinone structure-contained polymer, the coating film of which was of great acid resistance and heat resistance and exerted significant anti-conosive effect on the silica gel production facilities, industrial chimney and other infrastructure materials.
