摘要
实施新型城镇化,重点在哪里?本文提出了与众不同的看法,认为不在大城市,也不在农村,而在于"镇"。当然这个"镇"是广义的,只要是城市与农村联接中能起"桥梁"作用的都称为"镇",它可以是政权最基本单位的镇,也可以是县、市。为什么重点是"镇"?因为它是吸纳农民变市民的"大盆地"、是形成城市群的"联接点"、是未来的"新城市"。
Where shall we put the emphasis on the implementation of new pattern urbanization？ This article presents a different solution. The key is neither the city nor the countryside, but the ＂town＂.Without doubt, this ＂town＂ is generalized, all that work as a bridge between the city and the countryside can be called a ＂town＂. It can be town, the fundamental unit for the regime, county or municipality.
