摘要
基于在统计报送、分析等领域的多个项目的实践工作经验,结合国外统计界广泛采用的开源统计工具,设计了一套具有良好适应性与扩展性的统计建模方法,即"四维数据存储结构"与"外置式统计工具包",并在项目中得到了验证。
