摘要
针对轻质油品储罐火灾爆炸特点,采用事故树分析方法,通过编制轻质油品储罐火灾爆炸事故树,对轻质油品储罐火灾爆炸进行了详细的定性研究。事故树主要围绕静电火花、自燃、形成油气混合物等容易被忽略的方面展开,采用布尔代数化简法求出系统的最小径集,并给出了事件的结构重要度排序。依据事故树的分析基础,结合实际生产,主要从油气隔离、油温控制、防止静电的形成、聚集、释放以及防雷、防自燃等方面提出了一系列措施,以有效预防轻质油品储罐火灾爆炸事故发生。
Fault tree analysis has been applied in the detailed qualitative analysis of fire explosion of light oil tanks based upon the characteristics of fire explosion and preparation of fire explosion fault tree for the light oil tanks.The fault tree analysis mainly focuses on electro-static sparks,autoignition and oil gas mixture which can be easily neglected.The minimal radius set is worked out by Boolean algebra simplification method,and importance order of accidents is given.On the basis of fault tree analysis and in consideration of operation,a series of measures have been recommended to effectively prevent the fire explosion accidents of light oil tanks in respect of oil and gas isolation,oil temperature control,prevention,formation,gathering and release of static electricity and prevention of autoignition,etc.
