摘要
飞轮储能是一种应用前景广阔并已经得到实际应用的先进储能技术。电机作为飞轮储能系统中实现电能与机械能之间相互转换的核心部件,其性能直接影响着整个飞轮储能系统的性能。文章分析了国内外飞轮储能用高速电机的研究现状,总结了目前国内外高速飞轮电机主要结构和应用场合。阐述了飞轮储能用高速永磁同步电机的关键技术,包括转子机械强度与动力学设计,转子涡流损耗的影响因素及削弱方法,电机的冷却和散热,轴承的选择等,为进一步提高电机转速提供参考。
Flywheel energy storage (FES) is an advanced energy storage technology that has bright prospect for application and has been used practically.To realize energy convert between the kinetic to electrical,electrical machine was the core component for the FESS.The performance of the motor directly affects the whole performance of the flywheel energy storage system.In this paper,the state of the art survey of high-speed electrical machines for FESS was presented.The main structure and application of high speed electrical machines were summarized.Various structures of electrical machines were reviewed from the point of view of high rotational speed characteristics.Then,the key technologies of high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor for FESS were also overviewed,including rotor mechanical strength and dynamic analysis,suppression method of rotor eddy current loss,as well as affecting factors,the cooling and heat dissipation and the choice of bearings.These issues have reference values for further high speed machine designs.
