摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型中药内服、针刺治疗不寐疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法，对56例住院及门诊患者辨证分型：①肝火扰心．龙胆泻肝汤；②痰热扰心．黄连温胆汤：③心脾两虚．归脾汤；④心肾不交．六味地黄丸；⑤心胆气虚．安神定志丸合酸枣仁汤。1剂／d，水煎100mL，早晚口服。针刺（主穴：百会、四神聪、印堂、风池、神门、支沟、三阴交、足三里），肝火扰心加太冲：痰热扰心加丰隆：心脾两虚加内关、膻中：心肾不交不加穴：心胆气虚加足临泣．采用1～1．5寸毫针．虚证用补法，实证用泻法，留针30min。中间行针1次，均1min。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、睡眠时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]痊愈29例，显效18例。有效8例．无效1例。总有效率98．10％。[结论]辨证分型中药内服、针刺治疗不寐．疗效满意．无副作用．值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture treatment of insomnia treatment. E Method ] Using a prospectivedesign Method, 56 cases of patients and syndrome differentiation of liver fire harassing the heart - ： （1） Longdan Xiegan Decoction; （2） phlegm heatdisturbance of the heart - Huanglian Wendan Decoction; （3） heart lienal two empty - Guipi Decoction ; （4） heart renal don＇t pay - Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill; （5） Xindan Qi - tranquilizing Ding Zhi pills Suanzaorendecoction. 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water lOOmL, sooner or later oral.Acupuncture （main point： Baihui, Yintang Sishencong, , Fengchi, God door, ditch, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli ）, liver fire harassing the heart plus Taichong; phlegm heat disturbance heart Jia Fenglong; heart lienal two empty with Neiguan, Shanzhong; heart renal don＇t pay without points ; Xindan Qi footLinqi, use 1 to 1.5 inch milli needle, deficiency with the reinforcing Method, positive with the reducing Method, the 30min intermediate form, 1, lmin.Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, sleep time, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Result： 29 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 8 cases, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 98.10%. [ Conclusion ] Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture treatment of insomnia, curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
