摘要
[目的]观察半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抛硬币法将其分为两组。对照组60例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d,口服。奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组60例①半夏泻心汤(川黄连、干姜、炙甘草各5g,半夏12g,黄芩10g,党参15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;胃虚寒加麦冬、百合、石斛、北沙参各19g;胃燥热加蒲公英、焦山栀、丹皮各10g,且去干姜。②腹针。运用40*25mm针进行行气、侯气与催气,针刺主要部位:关元、中脘、天枢,并以梁门、承满和下脘作为辅助针刺部位,2min/次,3次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、反酸、胸痛及烧心改善现象、胃镜分级、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效18例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈15例,显效13例,有效21例,无效11例,总有效率81.61%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。反酸、胸痛及烧心改善现象、胃镜分级两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 19 cases, effective in 18 cases, effective 21 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group cured 15 cases, effective in 13 cases, effective 21 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency of 81.61%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.01 ） . Acid regurgitation, heartburn, chest pain and improve the phenomenon of endoscopic classification of two groups were improved, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
