摘要
高校图书馆员的综合素质和工作能力决定了高校图书馆的发展水平。结合作者多年的工作经验,论述了如何提高高校图书馆员综合素质及工作能力的问题。
The comprehensive quality and working ability of university librarians determine the development level of university library. Connecting with many years＇ working experiences of the author, this paper discusses the issue of how to improve the comprehensive quality and working ability of university librarians.
