摘要
网络信息技术的发展为数字图书馆的出现提供了技术支持,也使图书馆面临挑战,管理与服务模式的创新成为必然。通过分析几所高校图书馆管理与服务创新中应注意的问题,提出了做好高校图书馆管理与服务创新实践的对策。
The development of network information technology, which provides technical support for the emergence of digital library, makes the challenge on the library and the innovation of library＇ s management and service mode inevitable. Through analyzing some problems needing attention in the innovation of the management and service of several university libraries, puts forward some countermeasures for university library to do well the practice of the innovation of management and service.
