摘要 采用多壁碳纳米管和纯丙乳液为原料,通过一定的超声分散工艺,制备出了碳纳米管填充的聚丙烯酸酯复合涂层,并对不同碳纳米管含量下涂层的电导率进行了测试。结果表明,当碳纳米管的含量为0.58 wt%时,涂层电导率显示了显著的"渗滤"现象;碳纳米管含量在10 wt%以上时,涂层电磁屏蔽效能在20 dB以上。 The multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) filled polyacrylate composite film was prepared through an ultrasonic dispersion method, using MWCNTs and pure acrylic emulsion as raw materials. The conductivities of the composite films with different weight percentages of MWCNTs were investigated. The results show that, the film conductivity shows a significant "percolation" phenomenon with 0.58 wt% of the MWCNTs. Theoretical calculations show that the shielding effectiveness of the film with more than 10 wt % of MWCNTs is more than 20 dB.
