摘要
在全面分析辽河油田石化总厂渣油催化裂化含硫污水汽提净化水水质的基础上 ,研究了在不同萃取条件原油对净化水中酚、COD的萃取性能 ,实验结果表明低体积比条件下汽提净化水经原油萃取后 ,酚和COD值明显下降 ,当原油与净化水的体积比为4:1时 ,净化水中的酚含量去除率可达到95%以上 ,COD去除率为46 %。同时探讨了在实际电脱盐操作大体积比条件下的萃取效果 。
Based on analysis of stripping purifying water quality of catalytic cracking plant of Liaoche Petrochemical General Refinery,extraction performance of crude for phenol and COD in purifying water have been studied.The results showed that thd concentration of phenol and the value of COD have been decreased distinctly.The removal rates of phenol in purfying water is abovt 95% and the removal rate of CODcan be up to 46% when the volume ratio of cubic oil to puriying water is 4:1.And this paper also discussed the extractive effect in the condition of high volume ratio during practical electrodesalting operation.It has laid a theoretical foundation for purifying water reused to electrodesalting.
