摘要
血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)/血管内皮生长因子受体2(VEGFR2)/神经纤毛蛋白1(NRP1)信号通路与胶质瘤干细胞(GSC)血管生成过程具有密切的关系。对VEGF/VEGFR2/NRP1进行靶向分子成像,可以对肿瘤血管生成在肿瘤生长、浸润、迁移等过程中的作用有更好的理解,从而有利于肿瘤的早期诊断、合理治疗及判断预后。就VEGF/VEGFR2/NRP1信号通路与胶质瘤干细胞血管微环境的关系以及对其靶向分子成像作一综述。
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) / vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) / neuropilin 1 (NRP1) signal pathway has a close relationship with angiogenesis of glioma stem cell (GSC).Molecular imaging techniques targeted to VEGF/VEGFR2/NRP1 can afford a better understanding of the role of angiogenesis in tumor growth,invasion,and migration,which are very helpful for early diagnosis,treatment design,and predicting outcome.In this review,we summarized the targeted molecular imaging of VEGF/VEGFR2/NRP1 signal pathway and the relationship between VEGF/VEGFR2/NRP1 signal pathway and vascular microenvironment of GSC.
