摘要
针对制造系统性能分析方法的不足,以一具有随机机器故障的制造系统为研究对象,首先应用层次化的着色Petri网方法和参数调用技术构建了制造系统的Petri网模型,然后运用Petri网仿真技术,利用对Petri网的直接仿真过程中包含和产生的有关信息进行了制造系统的性能分析研究,并通过排队网络模型等方法进行了验证,证明了Petri网模型可准确地评价制造系统性能。在此基础上,对结构更为复杂的制造系统进行了性能分析研究和配置方案优化研究,得到了理想的结果,表明基于Petri网仿真的制造系统性能分析方法弥补了传统制造系统性能分析方法的不足,具有一定的优越性和普适性。
In view of the shortcomings system,this paper is about the manufacturing the Petri model of manufacturing system, and of traditional analysis method ot manutacturmg system with stochastic machine failure, structures analyzes the performance of manufacturing system by the technology of Petri model simulation. The result of analysis is verified via the queuing system model,shows that the Petri model can describe manufacturing system accurately. Then, this paper analyzes the performance and optimizes the configuration scheme of more complex manufacturing system. The methodology of performance analysis based on simulation of Petri net compensates the lack of traditional method, the result shows this method has some advantage and universality.
