摘要
次序评分法、极值法和标准差法作为分析多指标等权正交试验设计的常用方法,均是将各个指标试验结果去量纲后归总成单一指标,再用单指标正交试验设计方法获得设计方案。在此基础上讨论了去量纲的准则,即去量纲后的试验结果必须与原试验结果在统计特性上保持一致;依据准则对上述三种方法去量纲效果进行理论分析,证明了上述三种方法去量纲后存在不等权和数据变异,构建了保持等权和无数据变异的均值化法,并通过案例进行了比较分析。运用均值化法既可以消除指标之间量纲的差异,又保留了原数据之间的统计特性。因此,均值化法应成为分析多指标等权试验设计的主要方法。
As common methods of analyzing the design of multi-index and equal-weight orthogonal experiment, the order grading method, the extreme value method and the standard deviation method,all of them are to sum up each dimensionless index's experimental data to one indicator,then get the optimum design project by using the design of single index orthogonal experiment. This thesis demonstrates the dimensionless criterion that is the experimental results after wiping out dimension must be in accordance with the original data on the statistic characteristics. And through the theoretical analysis about the three methods' non-dimensional effect, it testifies that the three methods above all exist unequal-weight and data variation. So we construct a new method of mean value, by doing experiments we compare it with the three methods above mentioned,and get the following result: using the method of mean value can not only get rid of differences among the indexes' dimensions, also can reserve the information of the original data. Therefore, the mean value method should be the main method on analyzing the design of multi-index and equal-weight orthogonal experiment.
