摘要
运用文献资料、实地调查和综合分析等方法,对我国城乡结合部社区体育文化公共服务体系构建的有关问题进行了研究。研究结果表明,构建我国城乡结合部社区体育文化服务体系对于实现文化强国建设的战略目标具有重要的意义;当前我国城乡结合部社区体育文化服务体系的构建处于难得的发展机遇,同时也所面临着诸多的问题。应该以文化强国建设为契机,构建城乡结合部社区体育文化公共服务保障体系和城乡结合部社区体育文化公共服务政策保障体系,大力推进城乡结合部社区体育文化公共服务体系的建设,提升城乡结合部社区体育文化软实力建设的水平,为加快我国城乡结合部社区体育文化公共服务体系的构建提供理论与实践的借鉴。
With the methods of literature review, fieht survey and comprehensive analysis, a research was done into the public service system construction for community sports culture in China＇s urban -rural fringe zone. The results showed that the construction of the system was of great significance for realizing the strategic objective of building a cultural power. There is an opportunity as well as some problems for the system construction. We should take the culture power construction as a chance to develop the public service support system, promote the community sports soft power and provide theoretical and practical reference for the system construction of community sports culture in Chinese urban - rural fringe zone.
