摘要
使用三维造型软件建立钢轨焊缝磨床的床身.使用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对床身做了模态分析,获得了床身的固有频率和振型.讨论了不同的筋板结构布局以及不同部位的筋板厚度对床身动态特性的影响.最终通过增加床身的高度,提高了床身的固有频率.
The body of the rail weld grinding machine is built by using the three dimension (3D) software. With the help of ABAQUS, the implementation of the modal analysis of the body is completed, from which the inherent frequency and the vibration model are acquired. The influence of alternative layout of the stiffened plate structure as well as the thickness of the steel plate of different positions on the dynamic characteristics of the body are discussed. Simulation results show that the inherent frequency of the body can be improved by the adding of the body height.
