摘要
对175kA预焙铝电解槽在各个阳极更换的情况下的流场进行了计算,分析了不同阳极更换时的流速和界面分布,并结合电磁场的分布分析了形成流场变化的原因。结果表明:换极对流场的速度影响较大,出电侧更换角部阳极时流速最大,然后向中部递减,进电侧由中部向两侧先减少再增加,出电侧的角部阳极更换比进电侧对熔体流动扰动的影响较大;换极增大了铝液和电解质界面的最大向上和向下变形量,最大向上变形量由中间向两侧增大;计算了磁场分布和换极时的电流分布,结合洛伦兹力定律分析了换极时熔体流动变化的原因。
Calculate the flow field of 175 kA prebaked anode aluminum reduction cells under anode change situation, analysis the flow field and deformation under different anode change, and analysis the reasons for the flow field combined with the electromagnetic field distribution. The results show that anode change has great impact on flow field, the maximum velocity appear when anode change in the comer of B side, then decline to central, the maximum velocity of A side reduce first, then increase to the comer, the effect on flow field of the B side greater than the A side. The anode change increase the deformation of the interface, the maximum increase from the middle to the side. Compute the electromagnetic of anode change, analysis the reason of flow field change combine with the Lorentz force law.
