摘要
目的:考察奥硝唑注射液续接头孢曲松钠注射液后溶液的稳定性,确保临床安全用药.方法:模拟临床奥硝唑与头孢曲松钠输注给药的顺序与浓度配比,间隔一定时间,对配伍液的外观性状、pH、含量进行考察;并进行紫外-可见光谱扫描,观察吸收峰的变化.结果:室温下头孢曲松钠与奥硝唑的各种不同配比的配伍液在5~60 min内由微黄色变为浅粉色或粉色;各配伍液pH、奥硝唑含量基本保持不变;紫外图谱显示配伍后奥硝唑峰形和峰位没有变化.结论:为确保两药安全有效的联用,建议在头孢曲松钠输注结束时用适量0.9%氯化钠注射液或注射用水等将输液管中的药物冲洗干净后,再续接奥硝唑注射液.
Objective: To investigate the stability of sequential infusion of ornidazole injections and cefiriaxone sodium injections to ensure the medication safety. Methods: By simulating the clinical concentration proportion and sequential administration method of ornidazole injections and ceftriaxone sedium injections, the appearance, pH value and content of the mixtures were studied at certain time intervals,and the changes in peak shape and position were also observed by UV-spectrum scanning. Results: At room tempera- ture, the color of the mixtures with various concentration proportions was changed from light yellow to light pink or pink within 5-60 mi- nutes. The pH value and the content were stable. The peak shape and position of the mixtures showed unchanged as well. Conclusion: To ensure the safety and effective combination of the two medicines, it is recommended the following operation : before the application of ornidazole injections, 0.9% sodium chloride or water for injection should be instilled to rinse the infusion tube at the end. of ceftriax- one sodium infusion.
