摘要
从区域性科技金融服务平台的内涵及运行模式入手,构建出吉林省科技金融服务平台的基本结构,即以政府创新基金为引导、以信息服务平台为基础、以投融资平台为主体、以中介服务平台和信用担保平台为两翼的平台运行模式,并从政府作用、平台对接、金融机构联合及人才培养等方面提出完善吉林省科技金融服务平台的策略。
From the connotation and operation mode of regional financial service platform of science and technology, this pa-per was built basic structure of service platform of technology financial in Jilin province, that were guidance of the govern-ment innovation fund, foundation of information service platform, taking investment and financing platform as the main body and platform operation mode of intermediate service platform and the credit guarantee platform. Finally, the paper was put forward strategies of perfecting service platform of technology financial in Jilin province from aspects of government function, platform connect, union of financial institutions and personnel training.
