摘要
介绍了一种燃气降温脱水模块的设计开发过程,该设备模块用于解决各类燃气内燃机发电机组因燃气中水分含量高而导致的机油乳化、运行不可靠等问题。该设备模块以"燃气降温冷凝脱水"工艺为核心,其设计原理为"游离态水气液分离+燃气被冷水降温饱和水冷凝+二级冷凝水气液分离"。介绍了燃气降温脱水设备模块的工艺及设备结构、燃气冷水换热器及两级气液分离器设计计算过程、风冷冷水机组选型及风冷冷水水箱设计计算过程。同时通过配套低浓度瓦斯发电机组进行现场试验,证明该设备模块具有较好的脱水效果,保障了燃气发电机组的稳定可靠运行。
The paper was introduced design and development process of a kind of fuel gas cooling dehydration module. The device module was used to solve problems of engine oil emulsification caused by high moisture content of various types of internal combustion engine generator set. The device module was taken technology of“gas cooling condensation dehydration”as core, its design principle was“free state water gas-liquid separation + moisture liquid gas is saturated with cold water and cooling water condensation separation + secondary condensate water gas liquid separation”. Then, the paper was presented technology and equipment structure of fuel gas and falling temperature equipment, design calculation process of fuel gas and cooling water heat exchanger and the second level of gas-liquid separator and design calculation process of air-cooled chiller unit and air-cooled chiller tank. At the same time, the paper was proved that the equipment module had good dewatering ef-fect through field test of supporting generating set with low concentration mine gas, which guaranteed the stable and reliable operation of the fuel gas generator.
