摘要
学制短、学生党员流动性大、学生党建工作专职人员少、学生党建制度不健全是高职院校学生党建工作所面临的共同问题与挑战。本文结合高职院校学生党建工作的特殊性,按照高职院校"工学结合"人才培养模式的特点对学生党建工作进行了分析和梳理,并从思想教育、工作平台以及管理机制等三个方面对高职院校学生党建工作创新提出了自己的见解。
The Party construction of higher vocational colleges faces on the common problems and challenges, such as： short learning system, high student party mobility, less the full-time person and not a sound system. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Party building of higher vocational institutes based on Work-integrated Learning. From ideological education, work platform construction and management mechanism, the author brings forward some suggestions to innovate the Party construction of higher vocational colleges.
