摘要
拉线塔是高压输电线路中常见的一种塔形,而在运行维护过程中发现,在许多拉线塔的上部横担中与拉线挂板连接处存在角钢发生较大变形的现象,严重威胁线路安全。针对东长哈送电线路中大量存在的87LM21塔,建立了其有限元模型,并对其进行非线性分析,得到了在静风荷载作用下拉线门型塔的一些力学特性,找到了该塔在实际应用中不能满足使用要求的原因,并初步提出了2种补强加固方案;通过对87LM21拉线门型塔进行静风荷载加载试验,进一步明确了拉线门型塔的力学特性,验证了数值分析结果的正确性,并通过试验测试了补强加固方案的可行性。
The guyed transmission tower is commonly used in high-voltage transmission lines.According to the maintenance and operation records,large deformation is found at the junction of the upper crossarm and the cable,which may seriously threaten the security of transmission lines.In this paper,the non-linear finite element model for the 87LM21 towers that are widely used in Dong-Chang-Ha transmission lines is built with ANSYS software.The mechanical properties under three kinds of wind conditions are analyzed and some mechanical properties of guyed transmission tower under calm wind are obtained,in which the reasons are disclosed why the towers cannot meet the requirements in practice.Then,two reinforcement schemes are proposed.Through experiments on 87LM21 tower under static wind load,the mechanical properties of guyed transmission tower are further evaluated to verify the correctness of the numerical study result.In addition,the feasibilities of the reinforcement schemes are testified.
