摘要
生漆是一种天然可再生的资源,因其性能优良,被业界称为"涂料之王"。介绍了生漆的化学成分、漆膜干燥机理,以及天然生漆常用的改性方法,并对改性后生漆的性能和应用进行探讨。着眼于以性能优良的纳米油墨为喷涂材料的数码喷印技术,及其在家具表面装饰中的应用,提出将纳米技术应用于天然生漆的改性,结合数码喷印技术并将其应用于家具工业化生产之中,旨在使原本以手工业生产方式为主的漆艺涂饰向大规模工业化、机械化生产方式转变,提高生产效率。
As a renewable natural resources, Chinese lacquer is known as"the king of paint"because of its excellent performance. The chemical composition of Chinese lacquer, the drying mechanism of lacquer film and the commonly modification methods of Chinese lacquer were introduced in the paper. The perfor mance and application of Chinese lacquer modified with formaldehyde, metal compound, epoxide, modi fied rosin, aniline and nano-materials respectively was explored. Focusing on applying digital jet printing technology with nano-printing ink to furniture surface decoration, the authors put forward the roadmap of modifying Chinese lacquer with nano-technology combined with digital jet printing technology, in the hope of transforming production methods from handicraft to industrialized production to improve produc tion efficiency.
