摘要
采用电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线等测量方法研究了304不锈钢在不同浓度、浸泡时间下的腐蚀电化学行为。测定结果表明:304不锈钢在浓度0.3 mol/L的盐酸溶液中阻抗谱出现两个时间常数,极化曲线中钝化区变窄,钝化膜破裂,其金属表面发生点蚀。随浸泡时间延长,不锈钢耐腐蚀性降低。
The corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel in different concentration and soaking time was investigated by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and polarization curve. The results show that when 304 stainless steel is in 0.3 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, the concentration of impedance specmaaa shows two time constants, and the passivation region of the polarization curve becomes narrowing, passive film breakdown, then the electrode surface corrodes. In addition, with the extension of soaking time, the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel decreases.
