摘要
间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSCs)是一种具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,其来源广泛,且易于培养扩增。由于人体内环境复杂,如何利用合适的方式保证MSCs在目标部位的迁移定植并分化出功能性组织从而恢复器官功能是目前研究的热点。现就MSCs在体内迁移定植和向平滑肌定向分化方面的研究进展作一综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells are tissue specific cells that have retained the ability to differentiate into a distinct variety of cell lineages and have self-renewal capability. However, there are a limited clinical application with the unknown mechanism contro-versy that surrounds about migration, colonization and directed differentiation of MSCs. In the complex environment in vivo, appropri-ate ways to ensure migration, colonization and functional differentiation of MSCs in the target site to restore the physiological functions are being widely researched. This paper reviews the researches about the migration, colonization and directed differentiation into smooth muscle ceils of MSCs in vivo.
