在非多重耐药阴沟肠杆菌临床分离株中检出质粒介导的blaNDM-1基因 被引量:1

摘要 产碳青霉烯酶尤其是A类中的KPC酶和B类中的金属酶(MBLs)是革兰阴性杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的主要机制。有研究认为NDM-1金属β-内酰胺酶可导致细菌严重的耐药性,且耐药基因可通过质粒传递,引起了全球范围的广泛关注。本研究对我院碳青霉烯类抗生素敏感性下降的菌株进行检测,发现了-株产NDM-1的阴沟肠杆菌,现报道如下。
