摘要 针对客运/货运车辆的车载无线视频监控系统是车联网技术的一个发展方向,通过该系统,除了可以监控车辆的移动轨迹和运行情况外,还能够实时获取车内以及道路的音视频信息,对公交客运、交通管理、运政执法、银行押运等行业的支持尤为重要。针对移动多媒体数据流的传输问题从传输效率和传输质量这两方面进行了分析,介绍了一种车辆视频监控系统的组织架构,并针对设计要点进行了阐述。 The mobile video surveillance system for passenger transport/logistics is a direction of future telematics development. The system could monitor the status and track of those vehicles in system, collect audio and video informations and upload them to the system in realtime. These features are very important for the industries such as public traffic, traffic guidance, transport administration, bank escort, etc. This paper analyzes the mobile multimedia streaming issues from transmission efficiency and quality, introduces the organization of a vehicle video surveillance system, and explains some design notes of the system.
