摘要
在知识经济条件下,高素质的员工队伍才是企业最重要的资本,只有学习型组织才能保持持久的竞争优势。因此,企业继续教育在企业发展中的地位日益重要,它是企业人力资本增值的主要途径,是提高企业竞争力的重要手段。本文从企业员工继续教育现状、企业继续教育的原则、企业继续教育提升人力资本贡献率、实现企业继续教育可持续发展途径等方面阐述了该主张。
Under the condition of knowledge economy, high-quality staff is the most important capital of enterprises. Only by establishing a learning organization can we maintain the competitive advantages. Therefore, the continuing education is playing an increasingly significant role in the de- velopment of enterprises. It is the main channel to increase the enterprise human capital in value and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. This paper elaborated the proposition from as- pects of the present situation and principles of enterprise staffs continuing education, promotion of human capital contribution rate and realization of the sustainable development of continuing educa- tion.
