摘要
中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤(HPC)少见,发生在椎管内的HPC更为罕见,其临床症状及影像学检查缺乏特异性,故临床上误诊率极高。查阅近期文献,发现大量文献集中在颅内HPC的报道,很少有大宗报道椎管内HPC。椎管内HPC相对颅内HPC有其自身特点,本文就目前椎管内HPC的诊断和治疗的最新进展作一综述,希望对广大临床工作者对提高该病的诊疗水平有所帮助。
CNS hemangiopericytoma （HPC） is rare, central nervous system occurred in spinal canal of HPC is more rare, the clinical symptoms and imaging studie sarc lack of specificity, so the clinical misdiagnosis rate is extremely high. A large amount of literature focus on intracranial HPC, few reports on the intraspinal HPC. HPC intraspinal canal relative intracranial HPC has its own characteristics, in this paper, the current on the latest progress of the diagnosis and treatment of HPC were summarized to broad clinical workers and help to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
