摘要
目的探讨品管圈在食管癌根治术后患者降低非计划拔管率的应用效果。方法运用品质管理圈及多种管理工具寻找食管癌根治术后非计划拔管原因,针对性提出改进措施。结果实施品管圈管理后非计划性拔管率较实施前降低了2.94%。结论运用品管圈管理方法可有效降低食管癌根治术后留置鼻胃肠管非计划拔管率,提高了患者的护理安全。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in unplanned extubation of nasal-gastric tube in patients after esophageal cancer radical operation. Methods Looking for the reasons of unplanned extubation of nasal-gastric tube in patients after esophageal cancer radical operation by application of quality control circle and various management tools, and to put tbrward the targeted improvement measures. Results The unplanned extubation of nasal-gastric tube rate was declined 2.94% by application of quality control circle. Conclusion The application of quality control circle could effectively declined the unplanned extuhation rate of nasal-gastric tube in patients after esophageal cancer radical operation, and improve the nursing safety of patients after esophageal cancer radical operation.
