大位移井套管下入摩阻预测新方法 被引量:9

The New Drag Prediction Method of Casing String in Extended Reach Wells

摘要 以往大位移井的套管柱摩阻计算没有考虑波动压力的影响,现在考虑波动压力影响的基础上优化了套管柱的摩阻计算模型,并以西江大位移井A22井为例定量计算了套管下入过程的摩阻。计算结果表明考虑波动压力的套管摩阻预测值比不考虑时更符合实测值,考虑波动压力的摩阻预测模型更适合作为指导套管下入的依据。另外在套管下入摩阻较大的关键井段,考虑波动压力的摩阻预测值比实测值仍然偏小,但偏小值在可控范围内,这可能是由于摩擦系数不合理或者井壁不光滑所致,需要进一步研究。 The past drag calculation didn't consider surge pressure caused by casing.The surge pressure affection to the drag of casing is considered.The casing drag model was optmized and XJ-A22 extended reach well was taken for example to calculate the drag quantitatively.From the calculation result,the drag with surge pressure is more correspond with the practice and the drag model with surge pressure is better for guiding casing operation.The result also shows that in some sections for which casing is critical,the drag with surge pressure is still smaller than the practical value,and however,the D-value for the drag with surge pressure is in the permissible range.The Dvalue may be caused by the unreasonable friction factor,the unsmooth well wall because of key slots or drilling cuttings and so on,so it is needed for further research.
